Building and Grounds Care

 

Purpose: To provide for the maintenance and repair of the physical property, both internal and external, of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, St. Joseph, Michigan.The major building-external areas include the roofs, brickwork, lawn care, snow removal, and garden and tree management.The major building-internal areas include heating system, ceiling and wall repair, electrical system, lighting, and plumbing system.

 

Contact Currently: The Vestry contact for any issues regarding the building and surrounding property is Bill Davidson  (through the church office if necessary).

 

Budget Requests and Reporting:  The B&G chairperson(s) will submit an estimate of budget requirements to the Finance Committee. He/she will also provide the Vestry with a monthly update for the Committee’s monthly meeting.
